Ana Castro has a Master’s degree in Multimedia and Communication, specializing in Digital Audiovisual, by the University of Aveiro. From 2016 to the present, works in the field of digital marketing and administration at the company Macieira de Castro, Engineering, Ltd. and Douro Cruzinha Valley - Agriculture and Wine Tourism, Ltd.
President of XX Element Project - Cultural Association and co-Director at Porto Femme - International Film Festival, she’s also a film programmer for the Femme Sessions, which takes place monthly in Porto and Aveiro. She is jury member at several national and international film festivals.

Rita Capucho is co-director of the Porto Femme International Film Festival and programmer of the Femme Sessions. She works as a producer and programmer in several cultural organizations. She is PhD student in Artistic Studies, specializing in Film and Image Studies at the University of Coimbra. Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Art Studies from the Faculty of Arts of the University of Coimbra. She is a member of the Working Group on Artistic Currents and Intellectual Movements of the CEIS20 – Center for Interdisciplinary Studies of the 20th Century of the University of Coimbra and the group Image, Art, Ethics and Society of the Federal University of Pará. She was a jury member at several international and national film festivals.

A masters' student in Cinema at the University of Beira Interior, graduated in Cinema and Audiovisual at the Escola Superior Artística do Porto, and with training in Documentary Film at the Cultural and Image Production Institute, Melanie Pereira is the director of To my parents., which premiered at DocLisboa 2018 and was awarded the Special Jury Walla Collective award in the Green Years category. Her documentary In the Gardens of Barrocal recently premiered at Porto/Post/Doc 2019. A feminist activist, she developed several essays on cinema and feminism throughout her studies, and got involved with several activist projects in Porto. She is part of the XX Element Project - Cultural Association, focused on promoting women in the artistic and film industry in Portugal, thus playing a role in several of its projects.

Luísa Ramos Naia has a law degree and a Master's in Criminal Law from the Catholic University of Portugal, Faculty of Law, Porto’s School. Currently she is a PhD student in Law at the Catholic University of Portugal, Faculty of Law, Porto’s School.
Author of a publication on “Dissent or consented consent of adolescents”.
Trainer in the area of Criminal Law since 2019, with emphasis on Domestic Violence, Gender Equality and Sexual Crimes.
Took several courses in the area of crime, including the Victim Support Technician Course.

Inês got her Design degree at Aveiro University. With a post-graduation in Design and New Media by the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Lisbon and 2 years of experience as an art installation designer/productor and graphic & web designer at Sexta-Feira Productions Studio, she was able to travel all over the world spreading art, which can be easily noticed by the Umbrella Sky Project presented in Águeda every year.
Currently, she is a product and graphic designer for the Molgraph Studio team, where they provide for the national and international ceramic market. She’s also working as a freelancer on personal projects and building her own team.

Bárbara is a social work student in IP Leiria and has an artistic high school background.
As a team Bárbara and Inês are building a bridge between social awareness and developing a brand concept that revolves around conscious branding, street art and art installations along with transparent publicity.
